Of course, you want your assets to be stored as safely as possible, but preferably at a low cost. That is why we, a group of asset managers, have joined forces and set up our own custodian institution: Knox. This allows us to create a joint purchasing advantage for services that we purchase directly from renowned institutional banks, such as BNP Paribas. Moreover, Knox does not have a profit motive: this can significantly reduce the cost of storage and that is good news for your return on investment.
As asset managers, we prefer to work as independently as possible: we all have our own specific ideas about how to generate the best returns, and we prefer to make important investment decisions for our clients ourselves. We believe that this is how our client’s interest is best served – and no one else’s. That’s why we thought it’s time to start our own fully independent custodian service.
